Return Policy

Please note that we can only process returns and refunds for items purchased directly from Digital Meme.

  1. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return your purchased item for a full refund, exclusive of shipping, provided they are in their original, unopened condition with all seals and shrink wrapping intact.

  2. A defective DVD may be returned and replaced with the same item after our testing confirms the defect. All DVDs returned to us as defective will require testing to confirm the defect or fault, when no defects or faults are detected the DVD will be returned to you with shipping at your cost.
    Please contact us at to discuss any problems you might have in playing your DVD. It has occurred in the past that a DVD will not play on a particular DVD player, but will work on others. We recommend that prior to contacting us or returning the DVD that you try an alternative player to establish the exact fault source. This problem is usually an indicator of a unit requiring servicing.
    Faults in discs will only occur at the same point in a disc even when using different DVD players. If the fault experienced is random (even in different players) this is another indication that the player requires servicing.

  3. You will be notified of your refund via email once the item is returned and verified as being in the original, unopened conditions.

  4. You will be notified via email once a DVD is confirmed as being defective to advise you that a replacement DVD has been shipped at our cost.
